1. User Eligibility

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on https://bapuji.in/ are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to alter pricing, specifications, or availability of products without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Wallet options, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
If a transaction fails or payment is deducted without order placement, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 3–5 working days as per standard RBI guidelines.

4. Product Application & Disclaimer

Bapuji provides fertilizers, agrochemicals, and crop nutrients with detailed application instructions. Customers are advised to follow manufacturer recommended dosages. Bapuji shall not be liable for crop damages arising from improper usage, over-dosage, or adverse weather conditions.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to transactions on Bapuji.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
